
Christina Valencia
Senior Associate
Christina Valencia completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the Florida State University in 2006. Upon obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, Ms. Valencia attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she was awarded the Certificate in Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting as well as the Pro Bono Honors Certificate. Further, Ms. Valencia was a member of Florida Coastal’s Moot Court Honor Board where she was a quarterfinalist in a national competition as both an oralist and brief writer. She was also the school’s Internal Competition semifinalist.
Ms. Valencia has interned for the Fourth Judicial Circuit’s State Attorney’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern in the Sexually Violent Predator Division and clerked for a local family law firm. Additionally, Ms. Valencia is a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem representing abused, abandoned, or neglected children in dependency proceedings.
Currently, Ms. Valencia works as an associate for Kenny Leigh & Associates where she only represents men in the area of Family Law.
