Crystal Phillips grew up in the small, rural town of Wauchula in central Florida. She graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work. After graduation, she relocated to Madison, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin Law School where she was a member of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society, and a volunteer with the Frank J. Remington Center Family Court Assistance Project as well as Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence volunteer assisting victims and their children.
She received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2008.
After law school, she joined a general practice firm in which she gained invaluable experience in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, Contracts, Personal Injury, Business Litigation and Family Law.
In 2018, Ms. Phillips returned home to Florida and has practiced exclusively in Family Law since. Ms. Phillips was awarded Rock County Women of Distinction in Wisconsin, is an avid volunteer in every community in which she resides, has chaired several non-profit boards, and continues to be a member of her local bar association.
In her free time, Ms. Phillips enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with her rescue dog, Chance. She looks forward to assisting her clients in achieving equality, justice and providing outstanding legal representation with Kenny Leigh & Associates.
