Diana Rouse is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Tampa office, where she exclusively represents men in all aspects of family law litigation. She is committed to protecting fathers’ rights and ensuring men receive fair and equitable treatment in matters involving divorce, paternity, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and complex financial issues. Ms. Rouse brings a strong litigation background, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to every case.
Before transitioning into family law, Ms. Rouse gained extensive experience as a defense attorney representing insurance carriers in first-party property claims involving hurricane, windstorm, and water damage. She also previously represented policyholders, giving her valuable insight into both sides of complex disputes. Her broader legal background, including criminal defense, contract litigation, and general liability, enhances her ability to effectively navigate high-conflict family law matters.
Ms. Rouse earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude. During law school, she served as President of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and as Business Manager for the Journal of Practical and Clinical Law. She was also honored with the Leadership Achievement Award and the Andaloro Award for her leadership and academic excellence.
In her spare time, Ms. Rouse enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and interior design.
